Health is a universal right and having a comprehensive healthcare system is one of the most important actions to achieve humanitarian goals.

At least ten stakeholders are involved in the dynamics of an effective healthcare system. They are interconnected, which makes them highly interdependent.

Continuous satisfaction perceived by each stakeholder must always be achieved and, consequently, healthcare must never be an inflexible system.
